FOCUS Forms Update

Good morning everyone,
Thanks to all of you who have taken the time to get your FOCUS parent account created and/or already completed the beginning of the year forms. We have received lots of positive feedback about how much time online forms are saving families. However, as with all new things, we knew we would most likely have a few kinks to work out and appreciate your patience as we address them. Our staff have been working on issues as they arise, and we wanted to share a few updates today.

- If you have a FOCUS account but can’t view or complete the forms, please log out & then back in again.
- If you signed up for a FOCUS account at Open House, your account has been created and login details were emailed to you. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.
- If you still can’t access the forms or didn’t get your login info? Contact Jenna Chason at jenna.chason@lcsb.org or (850) 643-2275 ext. 11234.
- The Student Residency Form previously instructed families to complete one form per family. However, we now need a separate form for each student. We are working on a solution to make this process easier and appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
