QUALIFICATIONS:
 
(1) A.A. Degree, OR successful score on Para-Pro Test.
(2) Computer proficiency preferred
(3) Must be able to lift 50lbs daily as needed.
(4) Current CPR and First Aide Certification, or ability to obtain, required.
(5) Ability to initiate and complete work assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to provide instruction to students. 
Ability to interact professionally with school and district level personnel, parents, and other pertinent professionals. 
Ability to provide tutoring and enrichment through multidisciplinary methods with a student to teacher ratio of 18:1. 
Ability to mentor students. 
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in oral and written presentation. 
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely, efficient manner.

  4. Valid Florida driver’s license

Additional Job Information
The individual will act as a direct provider of both group and individual counseling services and coordinate student services to students identified as experiencing significant mental health challenges and needing specialized mental health intervention in order to gain the social and behavioral skills necessary to engage in learning.
